We're sad to hear about it, but sometimes a product just doesn't work out. We understand. If you would like to exchange or return a product, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase date for a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Your return/exchange product must be returned to us with your contact information, your receipt and/or packing list, and your Return Authorization Number printed clearly on your receipt and/or original packing list. Products purchased from Soundprints may be returned for credit if they returned to us in saleable condition. Credits will not be issued for books that do not meet these conditions, unless prior permission is granted. Shipping and handling are not included in refunds.
